Juvam Energies UK and Juvam Energies Nigeria are independent companies that are registered in their respective countries.
Both companies operate as a stand-alone business in their home country markets when required to both companies are capable of operating at the highest level of cooperation, effectively working together as a team.
To further emphasise this, both Juvam Energies UK and Nigeria are managed by the same Directors, Chairman and MD creating a seamless management system and decision making entity.
Both companies have offices banking and corporate facilities established in their respected country.
In the case of Juvam Energies Nigeria a fabrication and marine support yard is in place managed by both the Nigerian and UK offices.
While this facility operates as a stand-alone business it is also used to assist and support foreign partner company projects.
By adopting the dual office and facility approach we can give UK based companies or individuals a better level of reassurance building a relationship based in the UK adhering to business practices they are familiar and comfortable with. Not to mention saving time and expense on overseas trips this is relevant to both UK companies interested in the West African market and African companies looking to acquire a UK based product or service.
The Juvam Energies Team
The Juvam Energies Group Chairman is a highly respected former State Governor, experienced across a range of businesses and very much active commercially and politically. Management team members include a former State Commissioner for Finance. A Nigerian national GM who is a former Manager at Total/Elf having studied in France also speaks fluent French. A dynamic and experienced MD a British national who has worked in Nigeria for over 25 years in the oil and gas and heavy engineering and construction sectors. The UK office features a highly experienced CTO advising on technical matters, a trusted heavy engineering and offshore distribution specialist and an experienced and well-qualified COO managing the finance, regulatory, business administration and heading up the PMO.
The sum of the staff team is more than its parts, and between the UK and Nigeria offices and yards, there is an unparalleled contact base in all relevant aspects of Nigerian/West African business, corporate and political sectors at all levels.
